  About the Author

  About This Book

Ginny has always wanted to be beautiful. One day, the curvy girl decides to get boudoir photos taken in an attempt to improve her self-esteem. But when she meets Corey and Castor, two handsome photographers, the photography session becomes more than just a simple encounter in front of the camera.

Corey and Castor have a studio that specializes in naughty photos of larger women. When they see Ginny’s snaps, they decide to enter the spicy photos into a photography contest, over her protests. The only way to get them to stop is to give them access to her curves, anytime of the day, any way they want. Will Ginny agree to this blackmail, especially after Corey and Castor put a baby in the curvy girl’s belly?

It’s the best type of love in this dirty tale of blackmail. Our curvy girl is sassy and smart, and she turns the tables on her two OTT alpha males when they least expect it. If you’ve ever felt unloved, unsexy, and far too big, then you’ll adore this tale! No swords cross because this book is all about HER. As always, no cheating, no cliffhangers, and always an HEA for my readers.

  Ginny

I didn’t even want to come to this frat party. It’s loud and crowded, and the air smells like sweat and beer. This particular frat house has three stories and a backyard, but no air conditioning, which makes for a humid, stifling environment. I’m currently on the third floor, suffocating from the heat but trying to stay positive. Really, I’m just tired from studying for finals this week.

But it’s worth it to be here because I wouldn’t see my boyfriend otherwise. Xavier is really the only reason I do anything other than work on my art or hang with my best friend, Micky. I’m not a party type of person, but I’d do anything to make Xavier happy. Besides, at this party he’s practically a king. Frats love athlete superstars, and he’s one of the best soccer players at Beaumont College. So as Xavier’s girlfriend, that makes me royalty by association. Kind of.

Honestly, I was baffled when Xavier first showed interest in me because I’m not the athletic type at all. I barely even watch sports, let alone participate in them. But one day the soccer star walked up to me while I was studying in the library. It was almost as if he knew exactly who I was and what I had to offer.

Of course, I recognized Xavier because everyone knows who he is at tiny Beaumont College. My boyfriend is tall and athletic, not to mention incredibly handsome with thick chestnut hair and dreamy blue eyes. Okay, sometimes his eyes are a little too dreamy from all the pot he smokes, but most of the time, my boyfriend’s irresistible, and that first encounter at the library was no exception.

“Hey, how’s it hanging, beautiful?” he drawled. Xavier leaned over my table, glancing at the art history books and doodles I was currently working hard on. The boy sent shivers up my spine from being so close.

“Hi, er - just studying. Haha.”

I was at a loss for words. Xavier was so gorgeous that he seemed to be glistening. Is that even possible? I suppose so because he could have just come from practice. I noticed the muscles in his arms and they seemed to flex a bit as I watched.

“So Ginny, would you like to take a little break and grab a drink?” Miracle of miracles, somehow this boy knew my name! He smiled broadly at me and I couldn’t feel my face from nerves. Of course, I began to stammer like an idiot.

“I’m sorry, have we met before? Do we know each other?” I asked in a baffled voice before blushing again.

  He merely shrugged confidently.

“No, we haven’t met before. But I know you because you’re one of the artists that helped paint the mural for the school last year. It’s my favorite.”

“Really?” I asked, my eyes lighting up. “I spent hours on the cobalt bird on the left side. You know, the one with the articulated crown and stylized tail feathers?”

Xavier looked puzzled for a moment, but then he smiled.

“Of course, the blue bird. Just like Tweety right? Tweet tweet tweet!” he sang.

I stared a little. Tweety Bird from Looney Tunes is yellow, not blue. But I smiled wanly.

  “Sure, yeah. Tweet, tweet!”

Xavier merely grinned and shrugged cockily.

“Yeah. TWEET!” he honked in the library, causing other people to look up with annoyance. Ugh, I was embarrassed then, and I’m embarrassed remembering it now. But who am I to be picky? I’m a curvy girl whose assets are extra large, and this was the opportunity of a lifetime. I might never get a chance to date a hot athlete like Xavier again.

As a result, I put my books in my bag and stood, accepting his invitation for a drink. Those strong fingers closed around my palm, making me feel petite and special. We walked out of the library together like we had been a couple forever, and I could swear heads were turning as Xavier strode the halls confidently. By association, I felt special too, even if it sounds a bit pathetic.

Plus, the rest of the evening was like a fairytale come true. Xavier took me to McClennon’s, where all the athletes hang out with their girlfriends, and I could hardly even believe I was there. Was this really happening to me, Ginny Marmont? I often feel insecure because boys refer to me as a “butter face” or “consolation prize,” and the words hurt. They’re referring to my weight, and I want to scream that my curves are none of their business, but what can I do?

But that night, I tamped down on my insecurities and put a smile on my face. Xavier liked me, and wonder of wonders,
we started dating immediately. Overall, it’s pretty great. He gets a lot of attention as a student athlete, and some of that rubs off on me. A lot of people know me now, even if I’m just a girlfriend.

Plus, I want to be better for Xavier. I want to be more athletic and active, which is why my feet are killing me right now. For the past two weeks I’ve been wearing Fit Flops, a special type of sandal, to help me drop poundage while I walk. Unfortunately, the only thing they’ve actually done is give me blisters and make me irritable.

But tonight, I put on heels for the party. The shoes are actually platforms, so the arch isn’t that vicious, but it’s still bad. I decide to sit on one of the chairs in the room, relieved to get off my feet. While seated, I look up and see Xavier talking to a group of guys. I know he doesn’t mean to leave me alone; he’s just popular and people like to bask in his aura.

I make eye contact with him and he smiles, walking over to me. He’s already sweaty and red-faced from too much alcohol.

  “Hey Ginny, want a drink?”

I smile back and nod, taking his hand and walking over to the makeshift bar the frat brothers have set up, my feet aching with every step.

Luckily, some moonshine will make my feet feel better. I’ll get a buzz, and it’ll take my mind off the painful ache in my soles. Plus, I love the way Xavier orders for me, turning to hand me the alcohol before wrapping his hand around my waist. I might be tired and a little irritable, but my handsome boyfriend makes it all better. He smiles, and then turns to his friends again, starting up a conversation about some TA they all have. I’m bored, so I start looking around.

It’s Friday night and the room seems to be brimming with excitement for the weekend. It’s full of seniors ready for the end of the year with graduation in view. There are two windows with no blinds or curtains, but at least they’re open to let some type of air in. A beer pong table is in the center of the room and different chairs and couches are scattered about. The bar is set up in the far left corner, full of different liquor bottles, beer cans, and an unopened keg. Everyone is clustered in different groups, either already very drunk or on their way to being so.

I sip my drink and consider going back to my comfy chair, instead of standing here listening to Xavier talk to other people. But right when I’m about to make my move, the door opens and in comes what seems like an actual runway show of supermodels. An entire team of six foot tall, blonde, toned soccer players strut in like this party was created for them. I’m instantly self-conscious of my short, curvy figure, and feel like a Munchkin next to these Miss Swedens. Plus, Xavier is gaping at them. Although his hand is still around my waist, his attention is completely consumed by the parade of women.

“Hey Ginny, I’m just going to go say hi to a few of my fellow athletes. I’ll be back okay?” He unwinds his arm from my waist and winks, running off without another word.

I’m taken aback. I stir my drink and sip a bit, watching as Xavier rushes over to Courtney, the most beautiful of all the soccer players. Everyone knows Courtney’s name because she’s one of the best athletes in the school, and also because she’s drop dead gorgeous. Right now she’s wearing a tight pink mini dress with shiny silver high heels. You can see every outline of her body and the woman is absolutely perfect. She literally resembles a toned Barbie doll, whereas I’m a Cabbage Patch Kid. Ugh. I wish I wasn’t so jealous.

Even worse, I’m completely alone now, and feeling all my insecurities as if they are screaming both at me and at everyone around me. I start comparing myself to Courtney, looking at my own outfit of dark jeans and a nice purple blouse. I felt good earlier when I put them on and looked in the mirror. The outfit accentuates my curves, hugging me in all the right places. Unfortunately, the problem is that I have curves to begin with; I could never pull off that pink mini dress.

Not only that, but I don’t know many people here other than Xavier and my friend, Micky. I look around and spot Mick; she’s talking to a couple of guys, but seems to sense that I’m alone and looking pathetic. Micky saunters over, her tall, blonde ass as beautiful as ever. I roll my eyes, annoyed that she’s so perfect, but so glad to have her as my buddy.

“What’s up Ginny? I saw Xavier talking to Courtney. I didn’t know they were friends?” She looks at me with concern. Micky is the type of person that you really hate because she’s both beautiful and nice. She always has my back, but never has my problems of her own to speak of.

“Yeah, me neither. But I mean, it’s okay. He can have friends who are female, right? I’m open-minded. Besides, he likes me, so, there’s nothing really to worry about.” I laugh a little as I sip my drink, wondering if I looked as much an idiot as I felt in that moment.

“Right. Absolutely. You’re amazing Ginny, don’t even think about it. Let’s get another drink!” Micky laughs, trying to distract me.

I finish my drink as we walk over to the bar and order another. As soon as I get mine, Xavier taps me on the shoulder.

“Ginny, hey, can we talk alone for a minute?” Suspiciously, he won’t look me in my eye, and his tone is urgent and low, as if he has a secret. I notice the buttons of his white collared shirt are unbuttoned, and wonder how and when that happened.

My stomach starts hurting; this is going to be bad.

“Okay, yeah,” I mumble. He walks me over to the corner of the room, away from the loud music and the crowd.

“So, you know, I really think it’s time we take a little break from this relationship. I really like you, Ginny, because you’re so interesting and everything. But I think we just haven’t connected lately, and it’s best if we take some time apart. I just need someone who gets me, you know? I need someone to work out with, and someone that wants to stay fit and healthy. I hope you understand.” He says all this quickly under his breath and doesn’t look me in the eye.

I’m stunned. I knew I wasn’t going to like this conversation, but I did not expect this.

“You’re breaking up with me? Here? Now? Really?” I feel so stupid, as if I can’t comprehend what he’s saying.

Xavier doesn’t look apologetic at all.

“Well, yeah, yes. I’m sorry. Um, I’ll talk to you later sometime okay?” He abruptly turns around and walks directly back to Courtney, who’s watching and waiting for him in the corner. The bitch is practically licking her red lips like a cat who got into the cream. Ugh. I am so, so, stupid.

My eyes start stinging with tears and my stomach is folding in on itself. Micky must have been watching the whole thing because I feel her arms around me.

“Come on, let’s go,” she says. I didn’t even notice she was walking me out of the party until we hit the stairs and it got quiet. We walked outside and I sat on the curb, needing to take a moment to breathe. My mind was racing with a million thoughts, but the biggest one was just how stupid I really was.

“Should I have seen this coming? Am I really that stupid to think that someone like Xavier could ever be into someone like me?” I wail. I’m crying now, and I’m angry that I’m crying. I don’t want to be that pathetic girl crying on the curb over some stupid boy.

“No, no, no. He’s the idiot Ginny, not you! This isn’t about you, it’s about him and his dumb ass self.” Micky holds me and grabs my hand, pulling me up. We stumble back to the apartment and I get into my bed immediately, throwing the high heels across my room and hitting the wall. I imagine Xavier’s face on the wall, and hope to god that somehow, he can feel the shoes hitting his face.

But right now, I just need to sleep. Humiliation and embarrassment suffuse my form, but I shut my eyes and force myself to relax. Tomorrow will be a new day, and I’ll do something special for myself. Maybe I’ll go to the park and treat myself to some ice cream. Ugh. That’ll just make me put on weight.

But what should I do? I have no idea yet, but something will come to mind.

  Ginny

I wake up the next day and immediately feel terrible, remembering what happened last night. I lay in
bed for a few hours, alternating between reading and scrolling through my phone. I decide to clear Xavier off all my social media. I figure the best thing I can do for my mental health is at least try to not look at his pictures.

Micky knocks on my door and comes in tentatively, dressed as if she’s already left the house and come back. She sees me in my pajamas, under my covers, and I put a pillow over my head to block her out. I don’t want to face reality yet.

“Hey Gin, how are you doing? Can I get you something to eat?” she says in a kind voice. My best friend walks towards my bed and grabs my foot, squeezing it reassuringly. I jerk away.

“No thanks. I think I’m going to order a pizza. Then I’m going to watch movies all day in my bed. That’s what I’ve decided. If you want, you can join me.” I wrap my covers around my curvy form, my softest blanket acting as my protection from the real world.

Micky looks at me with an understanding smile.

“Do you want to talk about what happened last night? Have you heard from Xavier at all?” She looks worried, but I can tell she’s happy that I want pizza. If I’m not eating, you know something is really wrong.

“No I haven’t heard from him, that fucking asshole. Not only that, but I started to think about all these weird times with him. Like when he would make me feel like I was gross and disgusting fat pig.” I look up at her, wondering why I never articulated these thoughts before.
